Game will always switch to desktop while there is no player's input (same effect like if you are ALT-TABing). You can't watch cutscenes with that, because game will just "jump" to desktop or screensaver if there is no player's input (mousemoving) for a while.

Steps To Reproduce
- Start the game.
- Don't do any mousemoving or input at all.
- Wait.
- Game will switch to desktop.

Game will switch to Desktop only in Fullscreen mode, Windowed doesn't seems to be affected. I also turned all background processes off and let just the important ones (Steam, Arma 3 and nVidia driver app). Problem is still actual though.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity this year; assume fixed or too trivial etc.
If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please create a new ticket referencing this one and request for it to be re-opened.
