It is really hard to create a description with one barely visible line, no ability to hyperlink markers (for example),skip lines, add pictures and so on; things that can be done by hand but which kills the porpouse of such module then.

This is valid for other modules such as Create Diary Record and similar ones.

Suggestion: Add an "Edit" button to Description that opens a more comprehensive text editor so you can visualize how your text gonna be displayed.

Or just add a bigger display area like those on the init field of units.
