Vehicle Respawn Module: option for respawn if the vehicle is badly damaged (not destroyed)

Description

This is a feature request:

If you use a respawn module, the vehicles only respawn if they get destroyed. In the module config you can see, that the script only checks, if the vehicle is "alive". It would be great, if you can add in the option (check "canMove"), that the vehicles can respawn, if they are badly damaged.

It is easier for the mission designers (like me) to build missions with vehicle testing purposes.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. go to the editor
  1. place a random player unit (f.e. Autorifleman)
  1. place a random empty vehicle (f.e. a Hummingbird)
  1. place a respawn module (Modules->Multiplayer->Vehicle Respawn) and choose following settings: Delay: 10 (10 second respawn delay) Position: Starting Position(respawn position) Wreck: Delete
  1. connect the respawn module with the empty vehicle via sychronisation (drag and drop)
  1. preview the mission and shoot on the rotor blades (unload a full magazine). Get in the chopper and its not moveable anymore but don't gets respawned.
