When I launch the Support Showcase, the loading screen comes up and the loading bar progresses to full but the screen stays there and the showcase never shows up.
I've tried relaunching the game but no success.

Could you try in dev version on Steam please?
When you want try, so you can activate dev version on Steam.
Right click on Arma III in your Steam Library>Properties>Betas>development build
This version may not stable and it can contain more bugs, than Stable Arma 3 version.
Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity this year; assume fixed or too trivial etc.
If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please create a new ticket referencing this one and request for it to be re-opened.
