It happens randomly. In multiplayer, I was playing with my friend. I was wearing a recon fatigue uniform. However, my friend couldn't see my clothing at all. Same thing happend later on to my friend. My friend was supposed to wear pilot uniform, but what I saw was only gray shorts. Problem didn't fix until he reconnected to the server.
