Which graphic settings do you have? Intel HD4000 is minimum for playing Arma 3. Can you try play on low overall graphic settings?

I am playing with all settings on low and view distance low as well.

We need dxdiag and files from this folder for solve your problem. C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
