when Placing a mission into my MP missions folder, Inside of my Arma 3 file and then Launching the game I do not have the mission as an option to launch as a new mission/server just the missions that came with Arma3 or the steam workshop missions, while steam workshop is a boon to alot of people and useful I dont think it is right to limit people to just using steam workshop due to the fact that armaholic has a greater following and Steam has not gained our trust yet.

Have you installed in your C:\Users\"User Name"\Documents\Arma 3\MPMissions or in the folder where your Arma 3 is installed (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\MPMissions)?
I can reproduce this if it is in the User folder but not when it's in where Arma 3 is installed.
