Steps To Reproduce
I have unplugged monitor in the past and it resolved issue. Now this does nothing. Set settings to autodetect, nothing, alt-tabbed, nothing, problem still persists. Nothing on this feedback tracker has shown any kind of resolution whatsoever.

Why is this such an issue? I have no issues like this in any other games but this one. Game releases in a matter of hours but I see no resolution to this. Exhausted/frustrated, only works in window mode, but who wants to play in window mode?

Try delete your user data to reset settings, maybe that help (or just move it somewhere else)

Sometimes it doesnt lock the cursor to the correct monitor and when I click it'll activate the other monitor and kick me out of the game forcing me to alt tab back in.
