i have the logitech extreme 3d pro with a throttle lever.
when i use it for driving (speed) it does not work. what it does is that when i use config and slide the throttle up, the settings see this. however, when using it, it sees the 'top' 50 - 100 as throttle up and the 49 - 0 as being reverse.
even if i set in the settings the down throttle for 'reverse' it matters not.
NOTE: when i REVERSE the throttle switch, set settings to be 100 = stop and 0 being full speed, IT WORKS!
if i use it for soldiers, it works as it should.
