NVS optic does not switch back from NV mode

Description

Using the new NVS optic and pressing N activates image intensification but you can't turn it back off, sometimes it turns off using the F key (?).

Steps To Reproduce

Place a rifleman in the editor
Into the Initialization tab write: removeallprimaryweaponitems this; this addprimaryweaponitem "optic_nvs";
Preview and use the optic, it won't switch back off.

Lunatico9 set Reproducibility to Always.

Lunatico9 set Severity to None.

Lunatico9 set Resolution to Open.

I think the NV optic is supposed to be NV only.

Then they should make it simply start from NV mode.
