Description

When you lower flaps on an airplane it is suposed to slow down a bit and help with the landing, but nothing actually happens when you lower flaps.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn a jet in "Flying" mode, close to an airport.
Lower your flaps and try to land.

The flaps work.

Spawn on runway
Put max flaps.
Proceed to increase thrust
