Ok I added a new .rar file called Arma3+Other Files. It has the full content of the Arma3 folder in \Local\Arma 3

Please try use -nobenchmark command line option.
Right click on Arma III in your Steam Library>Properties>Set launch options

Please try install latest graphic drivers. Usage of driver cleaner before installing new drivers will make sure you have no corrupted drivers left on computer.

Tried the -nobenchmark command line and it didn't work. All the drivers for my GPU are the latest, I have no other drivers installed (previous versions or for other GPUs). I must add that I had this issue with my previous GPU. Also my friend who has the exact same PC build as me, except he has 8gig of ram, and I only 4, can run the game with no problems.

Do you have hw overclock?

No. No overclock on any hardware

Did you try other DirectX 11 games?

You could try turning off/uninstalling your catalyst for ATI cards.

Yeah other games such as Hitman Absolution, Tom Raider, Batman Arkham City, work with no problem. I'm going to reinstall DirectX 11 and let you know if it worked.

Krab, I had the same issue with an Nvidia GPU too, but i'm going to try that too.

Tried running the game as administrator. Still the same error.

I ran the benchmark twice. First with Ultra Quality and all other things off. FPS 69.1 Score 1741 Min FPS 8.8 Max FPS 138.4.

And the second time I ran it I did the extreme setting that had everything set to the highest setting. FPS 34.6 Score 872 Min FPS 7.5 Max FPS 83.0

Yep I do. Had it since the game came out.

based on the screenshot, it looks like directX is telling you it can't create the device because the refresh rate for the monitor is 0 hz (or atleast, the game is somehow detecting this).

I did some searching on stackoverflow for more in depth description on E_NOINTERFACE, from what I have gathered:

• the device settings are not supported (0 hz refresh rate issue)
• there is a library conflict in D3DX
• linkage error?

Maybe try going into your display driver settings, and changing the monitor refresh rate? This may/may not work, but It seems strange for DirectX to give back a refresh rate of 0 hz.
