When joining a Server, player is not allowed to move and then gets forced into spectator!

Description

I joined a few servers on "Invade & Annex" and it doesn't let me move for about 2 mins when I spawned in. After the 2 mins it puts me in spectator mode and I can't get out even if I respawn. Its also not just me some of my friends have the same problem!

I cannot repro this in a normal MP game, so this seems to be an Invade & Annex issue.

You'll need to take it up with the people who develop I&A.
