When a vehicle is hit by physics (aka helicopter crash), it can sometimes take damage regardless of allowDamage.

Preview attached mission. All helicopters are set to allowDamage false, have 0 fuel and have setVelocity to [0, 0, -99] so that they crash. Some of them will get blown up.
Expected behavior - No helicopters get blown up since they are set to allowDamage false.
