Very bad performance in MP

Description

Me and my friend played Altis yesterday with very very bad performance.
No matter what settings we couldnt get above 30 fps.
He was playing on I7 4770k with gtx 770
Me i5 4670k @4.1 with HD7850 2gb 1000/1300. I actually suffered a display driver failure and BSOD.
