I am running the development build of Arma 3 Beta, and I cannot update the games version without verifying the integrity of the game cache through steam. I have installed another game in the time and I can only run the game through windows Explorer, not via the steam launch. The game itself runs perfectly, it just won't update. And when it does its generally horrendously slow download speed (~100KB/S). I have no idea what could be the problem. Never had it happen until Altis came out!
