Sometimes when using 'Get Out' to get off an ATV once stopped, the ATV will restart and move forward a few feet dragging the players character along with it, before finally stopping and 'releasing' the player.

Drive an ATV for a bit, then stop and select 'Get Out' a few times and you should notice the issue.
