Since the latest patch, sometimes when driving in a pickup truck the engine sounds warble or fade in and out about once a second.

I had thought that it was an issue with my sound card but last night I checked and other players were also having it happen to them, and one player reported that when I passed him and I could hear it happening that it also sounded to him that it was doing the same thing, even though he was not even in the vehicle.
