Under very dark skies or generally dark environments, holographic/red dot optics such as the ACO (Red) and Eotech become useless as the reticles bloom out massively. I have provided a screenshot below. {F21527}

Steps To Reproduce

Set overcast to maximum, set time to midnight, place soldier with ACO or Eotech optic on his gun and aim down the sights. Observe blooming of the reticle and clear graphical artifacts related to its compression.

sup. This is an oversight, because we tweaked lighting model a bit and the values changed and this got broken on its own, and nobody is to blame, except Gugla ;P
Anyway, fix commited and will be public with next patch
