I had a similar issue after I released an update of a mission on workshop. Downloading the updated version resulted in it being stuck at 99% and then got the message that the Steam file failed downloading, pls try again. I had to upload the same mission again as a new workshop item, the old one was corrupted and nobody could download it anymore, while there was nothing wrong with the mission. My guess is that something went wrong during the upload to the cloud.

This should be fixed now. Could you please test it in the last version of Dev build?

This appeared only if you subscribed more than 50 scenarios.

thank you for your time and your response. due to my slow internet connection i will only be able to confirm if it fixed or not in a few days.

I am experiencing this same issue but it gets stuck at 40%. I am not running the dev build.

Please start the game with parameter -enableSteamLogs and go to Scenario (reproduce the issue). Then send me the RPT file.

After a Steam update today I cannot repeat the issue. All of the previous scenarios downloaded as I went to reproduce. I can still send the RPT from my attempt but it seems to be fixed now. Again, I didn't notice an Arma update but Steam updated just before I restarted it so I could start it with the logs parameter.

the small "Steam Workshop" update on 27/28 August 2013 seems to have fixed it for me

i have exactly same issue after today release :( ! => i'm not the only one

yup just checked. stuck at 27% again.

maybe we need to create a new bug report?

A week ago I had this issue come back as well. Changing my download server in Steam fixed the problem. I've updated and I'm still problem free.

I'm having the same issue with my mission: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=178547195

I already tried republishing (deleted the old mission from Workshop), but still no-go.

Is this on our side? (e.g. naming of the mission, downloading from specific Cloud server?) or is this on the Steam side? (e.g. corrupted Cloud, bad links, etc.)

Please tell me how to fix this!

Hey guys, spent an hour or two trying to nail this issue down some more, here are my findings:

When you remove all your .ogg files, the mission is downloadable from Steam again.
The number of files or size of the mission doesn't seem to have an influence on this.
Changing the file-extension from *.ogg to something else (e.g. *.sqf) still causes the issue.
Converting your .ogg files to .mp3 causes the same issue.

It is my guestimate that Steam is blocking all missions with an audio-file in it, as to cover themselves from possible copyright-infringment lawsuits caused by idiot people uploading missions with copyrighted music in them. This is too bad for us that just use the custom sound features for voice-acting and the like.

Here is my mission on which I tested all this, see the change-notes:

Here are some other feedback tickets with the same issue:
http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=14400
http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=14440

So, after testing (see http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=14440) there appear to be multiple limitations that have been placed since the 12th of September or thereabouts:

Limitation 1: No audio files in the missions.
Limitation 2: No missions above 2MB.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please create a new ticket referencing this one and request for it to be re-opened.
