1- get.... ANY mod for ArmA 3
2- Activate it in-game
3- download a workshop mission or let it update some mission you already have
4- check the in-game mods activated

same, i couldn't reproduce it, but for some reason it happened once.... please close this ticket, i will open a new one if this repeats
