Infinite fall damage bug

Description

I took cover from fire in to this spot and died after taking 4-5 times fall damage. I have reproduced this in multiplayer and in the editor. {F21445}

Steps To Reproduce

Go to this spot shown in the pictures and you take damage until you die

And in reproducing this bug I eased my way down to this spot without any pre excisting damage.
