Helicopter rotor shadow not blurred in first person

Description

The shadow of the rotating rotor blades is not blurred when looking in first person view. It is blurred correctly in 3rd person. {F21405} {F21406}

Fly in helicopter and look at shadow while in 1st/3rd person or compare attached screenshots.

A lot of shadows are stencil in first person.

This is less of a problem of that particular shadow and more of the shadow system itself..such as how some shadows are blurred in third but not first (civilian truck, the H-9's, some sign posts have sharp shadows and others do not)

It's been like this since the introduction in alpha and I don't understand why there hasn't been a drive to make all shadows render this way on the highest settings when it has been proven and even stated by devs in arma 2 that stencil shadows take CPU vs high setting which is GPU.

I don't know the technical reason but since it clearly looks better in 3rd person I don't assume this is intended behaviour.

Let's say this is a dupe of #8233 (or a part of it).
