Description

Based upon the BattlEye RCON protocol the RCON Password is always transmitted in plain text to the server for authentication. Would it be possible to allow an alternative authentication process involving SSL (private/public key pair) to avoid sending passwords in plain text?

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
