User Textures flicker if placed too close to walls or objects. This is especially evident if you view them from a distance.

Place a User Texture object very close to wall and view it from a distance.
You cannot place them close to the walls.
When you want to use them as something in the distance, you have to place them a little bit far from the other objects.
That's normal, that render engine simplify the scene... That's not a bug.
