Mouse does not align on menu screens when switching to lower resolution

Description

My default screen resolution is 1080P (16x9) If I swap to say 1600x900, 1366x768 or 1280x720 it may be ok to start (and functions fine in an actual game) but when I restart game the mouse does not align properly with the highlighted menu choices on main menu or sub menus (I have to hold mouse above the selection I actually want to click on--maybe three choices above on the menu)

*NOTE* Tabbing out of game and back in again fixes the misalignment...if that is the only "bug" I have to deal with I'm good with it ;)

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
