as reported before, the ladder animation looks awkful. the guy is walking in the air.. still not fixed.
so if you are not able or whatever to change the animation, here are two suggestions:
- change ladder model as shown in the screenshot.
- add a end/start animation for ladder climb up/down movement. {F21320}
