Split Scripting Engine from Game Engine to increase Frame rate

Description

I tried several Addons/Mods like Foldmap, Bigger Compass or Z-Client.
Everytime i use a Addon on BI made Showcases it breaks down the game engine to a bunch of frames per second (with low settings 10 - 15 fps). And i got no error warnings.
I think that the graphic engine and the scripting engine use a common timing mechanism. this mechanism gives the scripting and the graphic engine the same amount of timing slots for computing. but this slows down the graphic engine.
Please get rid of that timing mechanism and use another technique like a load limiter for the scripting engine.

Steps To Reproduce

Use a BI Showcase without and with Z-Client. You see that the Framerate get a big drop.

Additional Information

Z-Client is Modpack from Zeus Community. It have several Addons/Mods melted together.

Would this even be possible/ doable in a decent amount of time?

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
