Vision mode names mismatch for laser designator

Description

Laser designator has the "night vision" mode in black and white and "thermal imaging" mode in green. Seems like it should be vice versa.

Open editor, place any soldier to play as. Place "support" ammo box. Start the mission, take the designator and press N.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
