You can set cyclic forward (helicopter controls) to MOUSE UP and cyclic backward to MOUSE DOWN. (You will have to drag these to the command list, see here: <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZWPvkkJyqw#t=0m48s"> </a> ). There you have it, inverted Y-axis for flight.

This is the thing with arma, everything is annoying and slow to do when it could be done easily but isnt
