BTR-K Ineffective in armored combat with a human commander

Description

BTR-K, with a human commander and bot crew, when ordered to fire at an armored target fires with its cannon MP-T rounds at a low rate of fire instead of firing armour piercing rounds with a high rate of fire, this causes the BTR-K to lose to a panther because it has time to pound the BTR-K to dust with its GMG.

This problem does not exist with a bot commander.
