Cannot Crouch from Standing Position while using the RPG

Description

Cannot crouch from standing position, until you de-select the weapon, go to crouch and then re-select the weapon. Once you are crouched, it's fine.

But, if you are holding the RPG while crouched, and then go to standing, the issue returns, you can't go back to crouching once again.

Steps To Reproduce

-Start off crouched, while armed with the RPG.

-Then go to Standing, and try to go back to crouched while still armed with the RPG.
