AI able to lock and fire rockets on SDVs at any depth.

Description

Enemy AI is able to lock on to SDVs with rockets, regardless of the depth of SDV. It seems to only happen after being initially spotted though I'm not having consistent results when trying to reproduce. The rockets will explode on the surface of the water. If the SDV is deeper than the blast radius of the rocket, it takes no damage.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open editor.
  2. Place enemy AT soldier on shoreline, location on island doesn't seem to matter.
  3. Place SDV, with player as driver, 300m-400m off the coast, from the location of enemy AT soldier. Ensure enemy AT soldier is facing SDV.
  4. Move towards enemy AT soldier in SDV, while at surface. Enemy At soldier should spot the SDV within 200m or so of the shoreline.
  5. At about 150m-180m off the shoreline, increase SDV's depth to a minimum of 25m.
  6. At this point, the AT soldier SHOULD fire upon the SDV.
Additional Information

Again, results are not predictable. Sometimes the enemy spots the SDV, sometimes he doesn't. Sometimes he fires on the SDV, other times he doesn't. It might be helpful to apply "this allowDamage false;" to the SDV init, and move towards the AT soldier until he fires a first round.
