Unnable to switch uniforms directly from/ to backpack

As seen in the pic's above, we're currently unable to switch uniforms using backpack. I'd like to see this being fixed so we can bring for example Recon Uniforms in a backpack by a diving insertion.

Upvoted, but the uniforms have to be empty.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
