Thrown objects are not affected by physics once they land/activate/ stop moving.

Description

When you launch or throw an object like a chem light or a 3GL smoke grenade, they are no longer affected by physics once they land. This, in some cases, would make them awkwardly float, like in the case that you trow a chemlight on top of an Ifrit and then drive away, you're left with a floating chemlight instead of it falling down. {F21033} {F21034}

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn an offroad.

Throw a chemlight or launch a smoke grenade into the truck bed.

Get in the truck and drive away.

Observe floating items.
