[DEV] Marid commander hatch open animations is linked to driver's turn out

Description

The commander hatch on the Marid APC doesn't open when you turn out from the commander seat, however it does when you turn out from driver seat, even though noone turns out from the hatch that magically opens.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Place yourself, any infantry role.
  2. Place down a empthy Marid
  3. Press preview
  4. Enter Marid as commander
  5. Turn out. Observe that the hatch doesn't open and you just burst through the closed hatch.
  6. Switch to driver seat.
  7. Turn out. Observe as the commander hatch also opens.

Also, when the commander turns out in the Marshall, everyone turns out.

@AD2001 - Same for Marid, and I think it's intentional. But that is for another ticket.

@the turn out behavior - AI driver and gunner are copying commander's position. Otherwise it may get too complicated and clutter the possible orders and actions even more.

The hatches were unlinked quite some time ago.

Mass closing resolved issues not updated since November.
