BTR-K Titan missile smoke effect has wrong origin on first fire.

Description

When the BTR-K fires its first Titan missile, the missile is fired from the top tube, however the smoke and fire comes from the bottom tube. {F20941} {F20942}

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn a BTR-K, player as gunner.

Go into 3rd person and switch to Titan AT missiles.

position the camera so that the rear of the rocket tubes are clearly visible.

fire your first AT missile and watch closely as the fire and smoke effect spawns from the bottom tube, and when the effect clears, the top tube is empty, denoting that the missile was fired from the top tube.

Sorry about the picture attached, its not very descriptive, its pretty hard to get a screenshot of that at the right time. Y'all just have to try it yourselves to see it.

Bumping because now this is extremely noticeable because of the latest update that reduces the amount of missile smoke particles.
