Description

some articles of clothing are in the game, but don't work. When your in the editor, and you give units certain hats or uniforms, you get either nothing or an error message. Examples are "H_TurbanO_blk", "H_BandMask_blk", "H_Hat_tan", "H_Shemag_khk", "H_ShemagOpen_khk"

As a side note I realize they are incomplete, and not working for a reason. What this was intended for was to get the devs to complete them.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
