Some rocks that are relatively close to the surface of the water (Not rocks meters and meters down), while swimming over them you sometimes get stuck and are placed into this odd floating position in which you cannot move from. Changing Stances/Vaulting SOMETIMES works to get you unstuck, but this is still a problem nonetheless.
