Description

I'm getting tired of receiving 30+ e-mails a day on issues I don't give a flying rats ass about, just because I added a note to them at the dawn of time.

I should only get an e-mail on issues I've explicitly set to "Monitor".

EDIT: Nevermind. Just found the option to disable e-mails for added notes. Though what's the point of it, when you can monitor issues anyways?

Add a note on an issue, and await the hail of e-mails.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
