Description

In the previous arma's, we have been able to devide if we want to deploy 1 flare/chaff, 3 flares/chaff, and a continuous amount of flares/chaff being dispensed. We should be able to do the same in this Arma.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
