In the scuba showcase, the RPG-42 shows no marker on the chopper (like in youtube vids) nor does it lock. Difficulty regular, default settings.

I believe this has been removed for the RPG and the PCML.

yes, only titan missile launcher is guided now.

titan (AA) is needed in this mission, which is guided. Alamut is an RPG.
