Tail lights of vehicles do not cast red light on environment

Description

It would be quite nice to see the tail lights casting some red light on soldiers or objects behind the cars. Perhaps only allow this on high dynamic lighting settings if it will cause low end computers to undergo FPS drops.

This relates to one of the lighting posts explaining that lighting in the game is to dim. I never noticed the taillights being so bad but il upvote In case this is not fixed yet.

Related to my ticket http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=8486 which was closed because its a duplicate of http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=344 which however focuses on the reverse lights only.

Because there's no need for separate tickets for three different kinds of lights.
