I tried to search for the issues before reporting it and I did not find it.

When you have your pistol out and you throw a grenade, you throw the grenade with your right hand while holding the pistol in the same hand. I don't think your pistol should be holstered but maybe held in your left hand until you finish throwing. How about some love for us lefties and make the character throw it lefty!

I have seen the other issues reported where the grenade throw is unrealistic. I'd agree with that, it's a bit fast and should show the pin being pulled.
