In order to use the smoke screen with the AMV you must be the first person in the AMV in the driver seat, if your gunner is still in the vehicle and you get out then back in the option to use the smoke screen is not there anymore and neither can you or the gunner use it.

Steps To Reproduce
- Get in first then let the gunner get in.
- Get out and let the gunner stay in.
- Get back in as driver and see that you are unable to use smoke screen

Normally the smokescreen is controlled by the commander. We should wait for a update that gives the amv the missing commander slot.
This should fix this problem.
