[Feature request] Sticky Steering

Description

My suggestion is to make steering of vehicles fixed. By this I mean the wheels will stay in a fixed position and not auto center.

Edit: After a discussion with a friend who seems it would be incredibly hard for a player to center the wheels you could have them center by holding Q & E at the same time.

Can be optional in game settings as for freelook view, this feature wold be good in some situations

I fully support this, the main reason I'm not ever driving with mouse.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
