I was playing in the editor as a Civilian 1 watching Blufor and Opfor fight in a 20 vs. 20 Rifleman fight, at the end I went and picked up a Blufor pistol and went to execute the remaining soldiers but when I went to aim down the sights I couldn't so then I tried to just fire the pistol and it wouldn't let me until I picked up a Primary weapon and switched back to the pistol.

Steps To Reproduce
Spawn in as a Civilian 1 in the editor
place a Blufor and a Opfor Rifleman and select preview
let them dual it out and then pick up the fallen soldiers sidearm
try and kill the victorious soldier
take the soldiers primary weapon and then switch back to your sidearm
now you should be able to fire your sidearm.
