Helicopter Pilot AI does not "cooperate" with Player activities as Gunner

When playing as gunner, pilot flight activities does not match what is required out of weaponry selected by the player.

When switched to automatic cannon, the pilot does not slow down and stabilize for gunner to make accurate shots. When switched to "dumb" missiles, the gunner is at the random mercy of the pilot who never aims the vehicle toward the general direction of the targets (indicated by the very pilot himself!). Air to air combat can be difficult, as the pilot never tends to break from his semi-predetermined flight path to allow the gunner to make a "lock" on the enemy aircraft.

Steps To Reproduce

Scatter some enemies around, and play as a gunner for any attack helicopter. You will find some targets will be unnecessarily hard for the player to hit, mostly due to the independent nature of the pilot.

This has been an issue for something like forever with these games. Probably a big AI overhaul is needed but whether can happen with this generation of OFP/ARMA or not is another thing.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
