Civilian Clothing Changing into Uniform/Gear.

Appears to create another Uniform/Gear.

Based on my understanding of Computers, the Civi's Clothes ID changes into the Players Uniform/Gear thus creating two of the same thing.

(Unsure of what happens if two active players wear the Uniform/Gear with same ID. *Probably would connect the things in the inventory between the players*)
