Description

The Intel Module Create Diary doesn't always show for other players during multiplayer, and appears to be random as to whom it will show the briefing. Synchronization is setup right (for everyone in the group) and it will show to either one or two players, but upon restart and same slots/players, it will either not show or show to someone else.
